The role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of retail construction projects. Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating logistics, supervising project timelines, and ensuring all project facets meet compliance and quality standards. The successful candidate will also liaise with clients, vendors, and team members to foster smooth communication and project execution.QualificationsProficient in Project Management and Scheduling, with a proven track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency with project management software tools and construction industry technologies.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.Experience in the high-end retail construction industry is a strong advantage.Proficient in MS Word, Office, Excel, Adobe & Microsoft ProjectDevelop detailed project schedules using ProjectAbility to check and understand MEP drawings.10+ experience.Good Strong work ethicWeekly calls with clients, team and managersStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demandsProven leadership and team-building capabilities.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive-level internal and external stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skillsOversee multiple construction projects from concept through final closeout, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and client expectationsCollaborate closely with Superintendents to develop, maintain, and distribute detailed project schedulesMonitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
