A nationally recognized real estate owner, developer, and operator is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager, Construction to oversee development and redevelopment projects across the Dallas/Fort Worth market.This role is ideal for a construction professional with strong experience in retail, mixed-use, and commercial redevelopment projects who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.What You’ll Be DoingLead construction execution for assigned development and redevelopment projectsCoordinate with internal stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultantsManage project budgets, schedules, and overall construction performanceMonitor construction progress and ensure projects stay aligned with approved timelinesReview and manage RFIs, change orders, pay applications, and lien waiversOversee quality control and field coordination activitiesMaintain construction documentation including project reporting and site photosProvide technical construction guidance to internal teamsCoordinate testing, inspections, and consultant activities throughout the project lifecycleTravel to project sites as needed throughout the regionWhat We’re Looking For5–10+ years of construction project management experienceExperience with retail, mixed-use, shopping center, or redevelopment construction projectsStrong understanding of commercial construction operations and project deliveryTechnical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and MEP systemsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong budgeting, scheduling, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesExperience working with:ProcoreBluebeamMicrosoft ProjectMicrosoft ExcelPreferred BackgroundExperience working for a commercial general contractor, developer, owner’s representative, or REITRedevelopment and tenant improvement experience strongly preferredBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salaryBonus opportunityComprehensive benefits packageLong-term growth potential with a highly respected organizationLocation & TravelBased in the Dallas / Fort Worth marketApproximately 25–35% travel depending on project assignmentsIf you’re interested in learning more—or know someone who could be a strong fit—please apply directly or reach out confidentially.
