As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dependable Office Assistant to help keep our daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Schedule appointments and coordinate service crews
Prepare invoices, estimates, and basic paperwork
Maintain customer records and job files
Assist with payroll support and data entry
Order office supplies and track basic inventory
Support management with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good communication skills (English and Spanish required;)
Comfortable with computers, email, and basic office software
Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
