This role focuses on applying tree and shrub treatments, including spraying and fertilization, to support plant health care programs. The ideal candidate has knowledge of tree species, is detail-oriented, and is comfortable working outdoors in a hands-on environment.Key Responsibilities:Apply sprays, fertilizers, and other treatments to trees and shrubs according to company standardsIdentify common tree species and recognize basic plant health issuesMix and handle chemicals safely and in compliance with all regulationsOperate spray equipment and maintain tools in proper working conditionCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsFollow all safety protocols and label instructions for chemical applicationsMaintain accurate records of services performedAssist with general plant health care and tree care support as neededQualifications:Basic knowledge of tree species (preferred)Ability to speak and understand EnglishExperience with spraying, fertilization, or landscaping/tree care (preferred but not required)Strong attention to detail and commitment to safetyAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsPhysical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual laborValid driver's license (preferred)What We Offer:Competitive pay based on experienceOn-the-job training and growth opportunitiesSupportive, team-oriented work environmentStable, full-time work with a reputable companyBenefits:Insurance: Health, Dental, Vision401(k)Paid time offSchedule:Day shift: Monday to FridayJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
