A high-growth, vertically integrated real estate investment and development platform is seeking a Director of Procurement to build and scale procurement strategy across a national development pipeline.This role will lead category strategy, enterprise sourcing, and supplier program development—partnering closely with Construction, Development, and Design to drive cost optimization, reduce risk, and improve consistency across projects.What You'll DoDevelop and execute multi-year category strategies for construction materials and standardsLead enterprise-wide RFPs and complex negotiationsBuild and manage national and regional supplier programs , including SLAs, KPIs, and scorecardsAnalyze portfolio-wide spend to identify cost savings and standardization opportunitiesEstablish procurement governance, SOPs, and workflowsPartner cross-functionally to align sourcing strategies with development goalsWhat You Bring7–10+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience within construction or capital projectsProven track record leading high-value negotiations and RFPsExperience building or managing supplier programs across multiple sites or projectsStrong analytical and data-driven xrczosw mindset (Excel/BI tools)Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levelsExperience in multifamily, student housing, or related sectors is a plusWhy This RoleOpportunity to build procurement strategy at scale within a rapidly growing platformHigh visibility with senior leadership and direct impact on enterprise initiativesAbility to shape long-term supplier partnerships supporting multi-year development
