Field Technician Level 1

Our mission is to impact communities for good.In this position We are seeking a Field Technician Level 1 for our Client to provide onsite end-user support and basic IT services within their assigned local region.Required Skills and Competencies:• Provide onsite desktop and laptop setup, imaging, and deployment• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues• Resolve Level 1 tickets including password resets and connectivity issues• Support printers, mobile devices, and AV equipment• Perform asset tagging and inventory tracking• Assist with basic cabling and workstation setup• Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems• Provide onsite support across multiple client locations within the local regionMinimum Qualifications:• 1–3 years of IT support experience• Experience with Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking• Experience with ticketing systems and onsite support environments• Strong communication and customer service skills• Ability to travel within local metro area (no out-of-state travel required)
