WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:
Lead overhead cost analysis, allocation reporting, and support annual budget preparation, including coordination with department leaders on revenue and expense planning
Partner with management and area directors to analyze variances to budget and prior results, providing insights and guidance to support financial performance
Prepare and post journal entries, support monthly close, and perform complex account reconciliations across balance sheet and income statement accounts
Design, produce, and evaluate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial and analytical reports to improve clarity and decision-making
Review financial systems and processes, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Support audits and new program/service evaluations by preparing financial data, year-end schedules, and performance analyses
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 3-5 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite) and general ledger/account reconciliation processes
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and technologies
Excellent communication (verbal and written), critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with strong business acumen
Ability to analyze data, maintain accurate records, and anticipate and resolve issues efficiently
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

PAY RANGE: $55,785 - $58,016.40
