Privately HeldAbout the RoleThe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for leading the organization’s overall financial strategy and overseeing all accounting, financial planning, reporting, and operational finance activities to support sustainable growth and long-term stability. The role will provide strategic guidance to executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, capital allocation, and business performance, while ensuring strong financial controls and regulatory compliance. In addition, the position will drive financial process improvements, oversee audits and risk management initiatives, support strategic planning and investment decisions, and lead the finance function in delivering accurate reporting and commercially focused insights across the organization.The ideal candidate will have extensive senior finance leadership experience, with a strong track record of overseeing complex financial operations and partnering with executive teams to drive business performance. They should possess deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, reporting, compliance, cash flow management, and strategic decision-making, alongside strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA are highly desirable, as is experience implementing financial controls, improving systems and processes, and leading teams within fast-paced or growth-focused environments.Travel Percent
