Here, you'll be supported in progressing – whatever your ambitions.About The RoleAs part of the Global Business Services (GBS) Strategy & Operations team, the Associate Project Manager leads and supports high-impact initiatives within the GBS Commercial Services Portfolio. This role manages cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that drive operational excellence and strategic transformation.Projects range in size and complexity and may involve business process improvements, service transitions, quality or compliance initiatives, and broader enterprise-wide changes. The Associate PM plays a critical role in stakeholder engagement, project execution, change management, and continuous improvement.Work model, sponsorship, relocationAt Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model that requires employee to be onsite 3 days a week in Arden Hills, MN or Marlborough, MA. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeLeading portfolio governance activities to plan, prioritize, and execute the project roadmapCoaching project leads on project management (PM) and change management (CM) best practices and toolsDeveloping and executing effective change management strategies to ensure stakeholder engagement and successful adoptionFacilitating cross-functional communication and ensuring accountability for project tasks, deliverables, and timelinesDefining and managing project scope through formal governance channelsCreating and managing integrated project and change management plansSupporting business case development, budgeting, and financial trackingBuilding project teams and defining/adapting team roles and responsibilities throughout the project lifecycleIdentifying, communicating, and mitigating project risksGuiding teams in assessing alternatives, evaluating impacts, and implementing effective decisionsCapturing and sharing best practices and lessons learned to enhance organizational project maturityDriving intentional and sustainable change adoption, reinforcing behaviors, and ensuring smooth handoffs to process ownersChampioning a culture of continuous improvement by applying process optimization tools and fostering innovation in collaboration with stakeholdersRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experienceMinimum of 5 years' experience in project leadershipStrong proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and othersPreferred QualificationsExperience working across time zones, cultures, and diverse backgrounds, with a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusionPrevious experience managing projects within Commercial Services or a shared services environmentFamiliarity with enterprise process improvement or Lean methodologiesRequisition ID620549Minimum Salary$82,600Maximum Salary$156,900Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherIndustriesMedical Equipment ManufacturingEqual Employment Opportunity StatementBoston Scientific Corporation has been and will continue to be an equal opportunity employer.
