Welcome Coordinators are the face of our clinic and the glue that keeps our center operations efficient. Welcome Coordinators perform various administrative tasks that allow our broader teams to execute on creating an unmatched patient experience, deliver the best care anywhere and make Oak Street a great place to work. Welcome Coordinators juggle tasks such as scheduling patient appointments, managing inbound and outbound phone calls, as well as managing administrative tasks including fax and mail distribution. Welcome Coordinators are expected to be friendly and highly flexible./ppWelcome Coordinators are a part of our Service Team and report to the Practice Manager. The main focus of the Service Team is creating a seamless experience for our patients and community members. Welcome Coordinators are responsible for delivering excellent, high-touch assistance to our patients and guests everyday./ppCore Responsibilities:/pulliWelcoming patients and guests/liliConducting visit check-in and assisting patients with required forms/liliCollecting co-pays/liliUpdating patient information and making changes in electronic medical record platform/liliScheduling/rescheduling appointments within electronic medical records platform/liliManaging phone lines by answering, taking messages, and conducting outbound calls as instructed/liliManaging faxes in the electronic fax platform/liliMaintaining the cleanliness of the Welcome and Community Room areas/liliMay be required to float to other centers in the region on an infrequent basis/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulpWhat were looking for/ppRequired:/pulliStrong computer skills required and basic knowledge of Google Suite/liliProfessional phone etiquette/liliFluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve (where necessary)/liliUS work authorization/li/ulpStrongly preferred:/pulliExperience in customer service setting strongly preferred/liliSome college preferred/li/ulpOther Skills:/pulliA flexible and positive attitude/liliA welcoming and nurturing attitude toward our patient population of older adults/liliHigh level of integrity/li/ulpAnticipated Weekly Hours: 40/ppTime Type: Full time/ppPay Range: $17.00 - $34.15/ppOur people fuel our future.
