Business Development Executive - Auendienst (w/m/d)

We have a simple solution: The Too Good To Go app connects supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, canteens, and hotels with our users who can pick up surplus food at a discounted price. Location: Remote from Duisburg, Bonn, Aachen, Essen, Mnchengladbach, Mnster, Wuppertal, Cologne, Dsseldorf, Gelsenkirchen, or Dortmund Your Role In Our Team: Your goal is to bring EDEKA and Rewe markets and chains with at least 25 locations in your region onto our platform. To do this, you develop strategies for partner outreach and acquisition. You build your portfolio with new supermarkets in your region and work consistently to expand relationships with our partner stores. You build a steadily growing network within your region and inspire partners both on the phone and on-site in the store for Too Good To Go. Together with the team, you plan targeted regional sales actions. You always have a good mix in your pipeline - from small city EDEKA to multi-franchises, you have them all in sight. You keep an overview of your contacts and the next steps. You know your numbers and present your successes in food rescue. You are a face of Too Good To Go and carry our concept with joy at (digital) fairs, events, and meetings. Your ProfileYou are strong in communication and enjoy presenting to your stakeholders. Proven sales experience with the ability to build relationships, establish trust, and successfully implement business deals with different senior stakeholders. Proven commercial understanding and experience in the food retail sector. You always look for the right contacts and the next opportunity that can take us further. Bonus: Ideally, you can rely on a large network within the LEH world and understand the internal decision-making processes. Experience in negotiation as well as in the creation and presentation of convincing, impactful pitches. High resilience and motivation in dealing with ambitious goals and KPIs. True passion for our mission and sustainable business. Very good organizational skills and a structured, independent working style. Advantageous: Basic knowledge ofdata analysisandGoogle Workspace , e.g., for creating performance reports, forecasts, and identifying trends and optimization potentials.
