Machine Assembler (Custom Build) | 1st Shift | Hands-On, High-Skill RoleBuild custom machines from the ground up in a clean, organized shop.If you enjoy working with your hands, reading prints, and bringing complex systems to life, this is the role for you. You won't be on an assembly lineyou'll be building custom equipment and one-of-a-kind machines using a mix of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.Why This Role Stands OutCustom machine builds not repetitive, real craftsmanshipClean, well-organized shop (no chaotic environment)Strong overtime opportunitiesTime and a half on SaturdaysDouble time on SundaysCareer growth with training + advancement pathsFull benefits once hired (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO)What You'll Be DoingBuild custom machines from prints, blueprints, and schematicsAssemble mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsPerform fit-up, alignment, and final assembly of componentsUse hand tools, power tools, cranes, and specialty equipmentPerform basic wiring and electrical assemblyFabricate parts using mills, lathes, saws (as needed)Troubleshoot issues and work with engineering to solve problemsEnsure machines are built to spec, function properly, and meet quality standardsWhat We're Looking ForExperience building or assembling custom machinery or equipmentStrong blueprint/print reading skillsExperience with mechanical assembly + hand toolsBasic electrical knowledge (wiring/components)Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve during buildsBig Plus If You Have:Welding experienceHydraulics/pneumatics experienceMachine shop experience (mills/lathes)Forklift or crane experienceWork Environment & ScheduleClean, well-lit shop with ~25 employeesMix of mechanical + technical assembly work (not repetitive line work)Work closely with engineering + experienced team membersSchedule:MondayFriday6:00 AM 2:30 PM (1st Shift)Why Apply?This is a great opportunity if you want to move beyond basic assembly and get into true machine buildingwhere you'll develop valuable skills across mechanical systems, electrical components, and custom equipment.Apply NowApply today or message directlyinterviews are moving fast!
