The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.Your Responsibilities **This position is available in either the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX or Nashville, TN markets**As a Senior Technology Sales Specialist for JD Construction & Forestry located in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX or Nashville, TN market you will:Drive revenue to stated metrics including developing dealer business plansDevelop dealer technology teams by providing grade management expertise and SmartGradeTM Sales supportSupport on-site Precision Construction technology training to John Deere Dealers and customers.Be the expert on technology ecosystems as well as a specific SmartGrade product platformCollaborate with development teams on customer validation of new products and continuous improvement updates.VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this positionWhat Skills You Need Experience with Grade Control or GNSS technology (development, deployment, training, or support) or construction technologyExperience collaborating with and supporting dealers/distributorsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPointSolid communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to influence without authorityTraining experienceAbility and willingness to travel up to 75%What Makes You Stand Out 3 or more years of experience using, selling or supporting grade control on construction equipment3 or more years of experience developing/training dealer sales professionals3 or more years of experience in product supportExperience as a Surveyor, GPS Manager, Grade Control Specialist, or Technology Specialist within the Construction industry or with a distributorEducation Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:Engineering, Construction Management, Marketing, or BusinessWhat You'll GetAt John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
