Role Overview:Support recruiting operations and onboarding activities by ensuring accurate offer processing, candidate onboarding, HR transaction support, and data management in a fast-paced environment.Requirements:1–2 years experience in HR Operations, Recruiting, or related fieldExperience with HR systems such as PeopleSoft, BrassRing, ServiceNow, ATS, or HRIS platformsStrong attention to detail and data accuracyTechnical proficiency with Excel and reporting/data toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesResponsibilities:Generate offer letters and onboarding documentsSupport candidate onboarding and orientation processesCoordinate with background check and relocation vendorsProcess HR transactions including hires, transfers, and terminationsCreate purchase orders for relocation expensesMaintain and track employee/candidate data in HR systemsSupport recruiting operations and candidate experience initiativesPreferred Skills:Experience with SQL or data visualization/reporting toolsFamiliarity with data governance and compliance processesEducation:Bachelor’s degree preferredKey Skills:PeopleSoft, BrassRing, ServiceNowHRIS / ATS systemsData management and reportingRecruiting operations and onboarding support
