Human Resources Business PartnerThe Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives while supporting leaders and employees across the organization. This role will partner closely with management to provide guidance on employee relations, talent development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. In addition, this position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives, support workforce planning, and ensure consistent implementation of company policies and best practices.Requirements:Leverage your deep understanding of HR practices to influence decision-making, support leadership in achieving optimal performance results, and champion initiatives that drive business success.Utilize a logical and objective approach to analyze complex situations, provide sound counsel, and effectively resolve employee and management concerns.Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. Proactively guide the organization through change and growth initiatives.Oversee and manage all HR functions within the CES Support Center, ensuring adherence to company policies, processes, and systems.Partner with center leadership to identify staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding processes.Design and implement creative programs to boost employee engagement and retention. Monitor trends and proactively recommend or take action to enhance the employee experience.Lead onboarding efforts to ensure new hires are properly trained and equipped to deliver exceptional customer service. Guide change management initiatives.Guide managers through performance evaluation and compensation processes. Address payroll and benefit-related inquiries. Lead the center's open enrollment.Equip managers with the necessary training and coaching to excel in leadership, employee engagement, and performance management.Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks.Requirements:Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws.High ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality.Excellent project management and multitasking skills.Strong conflict resolution and collaboration skills with the ability to influence peers effectively.
