Responsibilities of an AT&T Sales Representative:
Represent AT&T as a results-driven sales professional, engaging directly with customers to promote high-speed wireless and internet solutions.
Deliver persuasive, customized sales presentations that highlight the unique benefits of AT&T’s products and services.
Tailor service plans and pricing packages to meet customer needs, optimizing for lifestyle, data usage, and budget while maximizing satisfaction and sales conversions.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and loyal customers, fostering long-term relationships that drive retention and brand loyalty.
Handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities to build trust and secure repeat business.
Track and evaluate personal sales performance against daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to ensure alignment with team goals and revenue targets.
Share real-time customer insights and market trends with leadership to improve sales strategies and team effectiveness.
Qualifications of an AT&T Sales Representative:
High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree is a plus.
Experience in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles preferred.
Prior experience as an AT&T Sales Representative is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
Willingness to travel locally within your territory to engage customers face-to-face.
