Agency Sales Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract)Vidium | Remote, US | Chicago, LA, NYC preferred. Our supply has powered campaigns for Walmart, Hulu, BMW, AMEX, Burger King, and Philips.We're an efficient and impactful technical team building the next generation of video supply infrastructure and activation.THE ROLEWe're hiring an Agency Sales Specialist to lead our US agency push. You'll own outreach, relationships, and revenue across the major holding group agencies.This is a hands-on, high-trust role. You'll work directly with the founders, own your pipeline end-to-end, and have the freedom to shape how we sell into the US market.WHAT YOU'LL DO• Open and grow agency relationships across video investment, programmatic, and biddable teams• Pitch Vidium's OLV, CTV, and Shoppable Video products to Programmatic Directors, Heads of Video Investment, Trading Directors, and Biddable Directors• Build and run a structured outreach pipeline; cold outbound, warm follow-ups, and account development• Lead client meetings, RFPs, and deal negotiations through to close• Work closely with the founders on positioning, packaging, and proposals, including co-branded audience strategies with our data partners• Feed market intelligence back into product, including agency needs around attention, carbon, and supply path optimisationABOUT YOU• 3-5+ years selling programmatic video, CTV, or display supply into US agency holding groups• Existing relationships with programmatic and biddable teams at Publicis, Omnicom, WPP, Dentsu, Havas, Horizon• Deep working knowledge of the buy side, particularly The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP• Comfortable talking PMP deal mechanics, engagement/attention metrics, and SPO• A self-starter who can build a pipeline from a standing start; this is a founder-led environment, not a managed seat• Direct, low-friction communicator; you write clearly, follow up quickly, and don't hide behind decksNICE TO HAVE• Experience selling alongside Index Exchange, Equativ, PubMatic, or other major SSPs• Familiarity with carbon-aware media buying (Scope3, Good-Loop, IAB green initiatives)• Existing book of business with brand-direct teams in CPG, auto, retail, or QSRLOCATIONRemote role, US-based. We're prioritising candidates in New York, Chicago, or Los Angeles, given proximity to agency HQs; Dallas or Austin also welcome.
