Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician Esthetician to join our medical practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare, cosmetic treatments, and client service, with the ability to perform a variety of aesthetic procedures. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance patient well-being through personalized skincare solutions while contributing to a positive guest experience. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments and assist with skin rejuvenation procedures. Provide expert consultations to assess clients' skincare needs and recommend suitable treatments and products. Manage patient appointments efficiently using EMR software such as AthenaHealth Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety. Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and aftercare instructions and medications to promote optimal results. Stay current with industry trends, new treatment techniques, and certifications related to esthetic laser treatments, Coolsculpting, HydraFacials, ZO Skincare, Emsculpt, Emsella, Sofwave, and other advanced procedures. Qualifications Valid esthetician license with experience in medical spa or clinical settings preferred. Proficiency in management software for scheduling and client management. Strong knowledge of skin care products. Knowledge of dermal fillers, Botox, and lasers is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively while providing exceptional customer service. Familiarity with social media management for marketing purposes is a plus. Demonstrated ability to maintain sanitation standards and adhere to health regulations in a clinical environment.
