Project Manager

Our Automotive client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in an ongoing contract role! This role is 4 days onsite in Torrance, CA (1 day work from home), 40 hours/week.Qualifications:  - Proven experience as a Product or Project Manager or similar role overseeing end-to-end product and project lifecycles- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholder groups including UX, engineering, QA, and security teams- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage up and across teams simultaneously- Familiarity with change control processes, risk management, and project reporting- A customer-first mindset with a passion for building products that are simple and delightful to use- Experience in automotive, mobility, or enterprise digital environments is a plus Responsibilities: - Oversee the entire product lifecycle from project initiation to feature delivery, including requirements gathering, specifications, solution design, development oversight, testing, and deployment- Manage post-deployment phases and project closure to ensure seamless handoffs and continuous improvement- Collaborate closely with Managed Service teams (project management, technical, QA, and more) to ensure features are delivered on scope, on schedule, and within budget- Work directly with stakeholders including Product Owners, UX, Quality, Security & Governance, and Operations to prioritize tasks, align on goals, and proactively address project risks- Own overall project planning, tracking, change control, and reporting across all phases of delivery- Champion the customer experience by ensuring products are intuitive, accessible, and enjoyable to use- Maintain clear, consistent communication between the project team and stakeholders, providing daily guidance to the team and regular status updates to leadershipIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
