The role involves leading containerization, orchestration, automation, and cloud engineering initiatives while ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and operational excellence across enterprise environments.The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Kubernetes, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, and platform engineering.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters in cloud and hybrid environments.Lead cloud infrastructure and container orchestration initiatives.Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native platforms.Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Kubernetes and cloud environments.Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to support application deployments.Ensure platform reliability, disaster recovery, backup, and high availability strategies.Implement logging, monitoring, and observability solutions.Manage networking, ingress, service mesh, and security policies within Kubernetes environments.Drive infrastructure-as-code and platform automation initiatives.Perform capacity planning, cost optimization, and performance tuning.Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.Required Skills Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with:KubernetesDocker/ContainersCloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Expertise in:Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)Linux system administrationHelm, ArgoCD, or similar deployment toolsExperience with:Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)Logging platforms (ELK, Splunk)Networking and security conceptsService mesh technologies (Istio/Linkerd) preferredKnowledge of scripting/programming:PythonBashGo (preferred) Cloud & DevOpsCloud-native architectureDevSecOps practicesKubernetes security and governanceAutomation and scalability optimizationPreferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldCertifications preferred:CKA / CKADAWS/Azure/GCP Cloud CertificationsExperience with enterprise-scale cloud environments Soft SkillsStrong leadership and mentoring abilitiesExcellent troubleshooting and analytical skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in fast-paced DevOps environmentsProblem-solving and decision-making mindset
