Senior Litigation Case Manager
Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Senior Litigation Case Manager to become an integral member of a top ranked litigation team at one of our prestigious NYC global law firm clients!This position is a tremendous opportunity to lead large-scale, multi-jurisdictional litigations. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a history of collaboration with partners, senior attorneys, clients, across the complexities of high-stakes litigation.The role will require the ability to work some overtime (approximately 5-10 hours a week), and the firm operates in a hybrid structure (3 days onsite in NYC and 2 days remote).RESPONSIBILITIES:Facilitate logistical, operational, and case management aspects of assigned mattersProactively implement and track operational procedures in the following areas:Court filings and briefingseDiscovery (collection, review, production, and tracking)Information in case management platformsWitness preparationStatus reports for clientsCoordinate activities across jurisdictions to maximize efficiency and meet or exceed deadlinesEmploy technology to leverage workflow to lowest capable bill rate to optimize resource allocation, drive efficiency, and align with client cost expectationsMentor and develop junior lawyers and support staffManage vendor relationships, including coordination of work, performance, and cost controlREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degreeMinimum of 8 years of experience in eDiscovery and litigation case management within a large law firm or legal services environmentExtensive experience managing large, multi-jurisdictional litigation matters with numerous active workstreams and frequent deadlinesDemonstrable leadership experience from within a large firm or legal services environmentProfessional level expertise with litigation software (e.g., Relativity, Opus 2) and document review workflows, including analytics and technology-assisted reviewProactive, highly technical project management skillsExperience managing vendors and external partners, including coordination, performance oversight, and cost managementFlexibility for some overtime and occasional travel
