Every new client engagement — formations, qualifications, restructurings, dissolutions, ongoing strategic questions — comes through them first. They listen carefully, diagnose what's actually needed, and design the plan. Then our team and our technology execute on it.You will not spend your days drafting endless documents or chasing Secretary of State portals. We have a team and a system for that. Your job is to be the human at the start of every engagement — the lawyer who actually understands what the client wants and translates it into a clear plan.This is a hybrid of corporate counsel and trusted client advisor. You'll lead client video calls, speak at industry events on behalf of the firm, and represent the firm to CPAs, business managers, and family offices serving some of the most well-known celebrities in the country.ResponsibilitiesServe as the lead attorney on new client conversations across formations, qualifications, dissolutions, and complex entity mattersDiagnose the client's actual need and design the scope of workHand the engagement off to our team and technology with a clear planRepresent EMINUTES on client calls, at conferences, and at industry eventsBuild trusted relationships with referring CPAs, business managers, and family officesCollaborate closely with our Business Development team and senior counselOnboard by shadowing every team in the firm so you deeply understand how we workAbout EMINUTESEMINUTES (https://eminutes.com/) is a technology-first law firm focused on forming and maintaining corporations and LLCs for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, and the CPAs and business managers who serve them.
