The Client Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for onboarding, supporting, retaining, and growing existing SaaS platform clients. This role ensures clients achieve measurable value from the platform, serves as a trusted advisor, and acts as a post-sale support contact.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding & TrainingLead client onboarding meetings in partnership with Valuation Team stakeholdersEnsure client accounts are properly configured in SaaS platform, including user access and permissionsTrain new clients on SaaS platform functionality and best practicesCoordinate handoff from Sales to ongoing client engagementOngoing Client Management & SupportServe as the primary point of contact for client support requests, resolving directly or escalating as neededBuild and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with client stakeholdersConduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance, KPIs, and strategic alignmentCommunicate SaaS platform updates and changes to clientsTrack license renewals and proactively manage retention effortsClient Advocacy & GrowthAnticipate client needs and proactively identify risks or expansion opportunitiesManage escalations and client concerns in a structured, solutions-oriented mannerTranslate client feedback into actionable insights for Product and internal teamsAdvocate internally for client priorities and ensure follow-through on commitmentsInternal Support & DocumentationMaintain accurate account records and CRM updatesAssist with testing SaaS platform enhancements prior to deploymentDevelop and maintain client training materials and documentationAssisting with sales demos as neededAssisting with internal team training as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum two years in client success, account management, or customer support roles of SaaS applicationsStrong project management, analytical, and organizational skillsExceptional interpersonal, written, and customer service skillsExperience presentingAbility to manage multiple client relationships simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Preferred QualificationsBackground in healthcare and/or physician compensation
