We are seeking a BE/BC Interventional Cardiologist to join a Hospital-Employed multi-specialty group in Dothan, AL. Located only 82 miles from Panama City Beach, FL and 30A, this opportunity offers a perfect blend of professional development and quality of life. The practice includes both inpatient and outpatient care, with a 1:5 unassigned call that will be reduced as we add more physicians. Currently, the team includes 4 Interventional Cardiologists, 1 IC/Structural, and 1 EP (CRM only). We are actively hiring across all specialties and are building a large employed outpatient general cardiology group to support proceduralists. You have the option to be hospital employed or join an independent practice. Our service area covers 450,000 people across southern AL, western GA, and northern FL. The facility is equipped with 3 Interventional Suites, including a brand new Hybrid room and 2 diagnostic/interventional rooms, as well as a full-service EP lab. All rooms are anesthesia ready, and our Hybrid and EP labs are equipped with anesthesia carts. Additional diagnostic capabilities include Echo, Nuclear, Stress testing, and Cardiac ultrasound. We also feature a large cardiac rehab gym and an experienced nursing team. Our Cardiac Rehabilitation program is accredited by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. We offer 24/7 open-heart surgery backup, a dedicated cardiac care floor, and a cardiac ICU. Our cardiology program is well-respected, supported by a financially successful 235-bed tertiary hospital with strong community loyalty. We have seasoned physicians, technicians, nurses, and leaders, and our Chest Pain Center is accredited for PCI and Heart Failure by the American College of Cardiology.
