Job DutiesNew equipment installation, CNC troubleshooting and repair, hydraulics, automation, and PLC controlled equipment. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing the mechanics of the production-based equipment. Ability to read hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical prints. Perform preventative maintenance and complete work orders. Fabrication of machine guards, work platforms and other items used in the manufacturing process. Thread, crimp, and install pipe used for steam, gas, water, air, and liquid. Use of a wide variety of precision measuring instruments for exacting measurements. Work from general assignment and process with minimum supervisor and direction. Close all work orders assigned to in Emaint each day accurately and timely. Follow all Safety policies and procedures. Physical RequirementsAbility to occasionally sit, crawl, reach, twist, push, pull, grip, pinch, crouch/squat, forward bend, forward sit, forward stand, and climb stairs/ladders. Ability to frequently stand and walk. Ability to exert light lifting and carrying under 25 lbs up to 33% of the time. Ability to exert moderate lifting and carrying of 25-49 lbs up to 33% of the time. Ability to exert heavy lifting and carrying of 50+lbs up to 33% of the time. Ability to occasionally perform repetitive motion activities.
