You will have most holidays off along with PTO that increases with your tenure.GENERAL SUMMARY: The Subrogation Lien Specialist will work with a client and receive subrogation claims that will be added to our VWi file. The Lien Specialist will then add the subrogation amount, find the proper worker's compensation court, file our subrogation lien with the worker's compensation court and all parties. The Lien Specialist will also update the file and parties of the subrogation amount; attend required mediations and court hearings and get settlement amounts.
