Facility in Cumberland, MD seeking Lucrative ID locums coverage Rates: $250 - $275/hr based on experience and availability. Opportunity Highlights Urgent Need: We need a provider to start this Friday, September 26, 2025, and work through October 24, 2025. Consistent Schedule: The shifts are Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. There is no weekend or after-hours call required. You will be on call during your shift and a beeper will be provided. Independent Practice: You will work solo and be responsible for rounding on hospitalized patients and responding to any new consults requested. You will not have APP/mid-level support. Quick Privileging: The estimated time to secure Emergency Privileges is only 21 days. Responsibilities Provide infectious disease services for a 100% adult patient population. Round on patients in the hospital and respond to new consult requests. Be available for on-call duties from 8 AM to 5 PM. Manage an average of 2 admissions while on call. Provider Requirements Education: MD or DO. Board Status: Board Certified. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience. Licensure: An active Maryland State License is required to apply. We are not able to consider candidates with an IMLC. Certifications: DEA and CSR licenses are required. Start Date The target start date is Friday, September 26, 2025.
