Key Responsibilities Processing and booking of incoming invoices for the European companies within the Group Processing of travel expenses Monitoring, reconciliation, and maintenance of open creditor items, including clarification of discrepancies Close collaboration with internal departments and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing Active support of monthly and annual financial statements Participation in projects related to process optimization and the ongoing redesign of the Finance department Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Completed apprenticeship as Accountant, preferably at least 2 years of relevant work experience Alternatively, completed studies in Business Administration with a focus on accounting Practical work experience in accounts payable or general accounting Independent, structured, and precise way of working Hands-on mentality combined with a team-player attitude that is motivating and supportive Good communication skills, particularly very good English skills proven in an international environment Enjoyment of working in an international and intercultural environment, contributing to the team with an inclusive personality What makes us the ideal choice?
