Senior Electrical PM/ Estimator

We are proud to contribute to the communities we work and live in.The Senior Project Manager/ Electrical Estimator will be responsible for heading estimating for all heavy civil electrical work. They shall leverage strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers; negotiate prices and organize bids for submission. Champion seamless transition to project management team. Allowances for the waste of materials, inclement weather, shipping delays, and other factors that may increase costs must be incorporated in the estimateAssists in determining necessary resources for projects based on cost estimates and budgetary constraintsAssess existing site conditions such as access to and availability of electricity, water, and other services, as well as on surface topography and drainageReview all Scopes of Work, proposal specifications, drawings and photographs, to ensure compliance with building code requirements; clarity of information; consistency between area details and descriptions; and accuracy of quantities and items selectedParticipate in preliminary project review meetings to discuss project details, client background and prevention of future challengesProvides continuous project estimating and schedule reviews throughout the projectFoster effective working relationships with Trades, project consultants and team members at all levels of the organizationRequired Experience / Skills:Bachelor's Degree in construction management, engineering, architectural engineering, or related discipline. 10+ years of Estimating experience.
