They are hiring because they keep winning.With a secured backlog of major ground-up K-12 projects valued between $60M and $100M+, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager who can take full command of high-profile builds and operate at true executive level.This Is More Than a PM Role, this is about leading projects that shape communities for decades.You'll have full ownership of:Ground-up K-12 developments ($60M–$100M+)Financial strategy, forecasting, and cost control at scaleGMP negotiations and contract executionHigh-stakes stakeholder management with districts and public agenciesDriving Lean Construction methodologies across the lifecycleIntegrating BIM/VDC to eliminate risk before it hits the fieldBuilding and mentoring high-performance project teamsYou won't be buried in red tape.You'll be empowered to run the business side of the build.Who They Want to Speak WithThis firm is looking for someone operating at the top of their game:15+ years of commercial construction leadershipProven delivery of $60M–$100M+ ground-up projectsStrong K-12 or public-sector experienceExperience across healthcare, multifamily, commercial, or industrial sectorsDeep financial acumen — you understand margins as well as milestonesLean Construction fluencyStrong Northern California market knowledgeExecutive presence with clients, subcontractors, and internal leadershipThey want a strategic thinker.
