Job Overview: As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls and inquiries, provide information about our services, and schedule appointments for our sales team. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all interactions and ensuring that all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
