Pro Solutions Center Representative is a full-time, hourly remote position responsible for collaborating with team members to provide innovative solutions while working from home. Key Responsibilities Provide support and assistance to customers regarding product inquiries and services Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective solutions Maintain knowledge of company products and services to enhance customer experience Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment Ability to work independently in a remote setting Familiarity with computer systems and software Must reside outside of Alaska, California, and Hawaii
