Construction Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction projects, performing tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation. This is a role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Duties - Assist with site preparation by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding - Load and unload materials and tools from trucks - Operate construction equipment such as forklifts and skid steers - Assist with the installation of construction materials, including concrete, steel, and lumber - Clean and maintain construction sites to ensure a safe working environment - Follow all safety protocols and regulations on the job site Experience - Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required - Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints is a plus - Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is beneficial - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job - Ability to work well in a team environment Please note that this position may require lifting heavy objects, working in various weather conditions, and standing or walking for extended periods of time.
