Construction Laborer with CDL

Job Description Job Description We are a Cleveland-based construction and landscape company seeking a full-time construction laborer with a CDL Class A Truck Driver for year-round work. This is a hands-on role that includes driving, hauling equipment, loading and offloading machinery, and assisting with field operations. All work is local. Our work spans construction, landscape installations, and snow plowing. Schedule & Benefits * Full-time, year-round employment * Typically 40 hours per week, plus or minus as needed * Most Fridays off (key benefit) * Local work only – no overnight travel * Based out of our Cleveland, Ohio shop * 401(k) retirement plan available Key Responsibilities * Operate CDL Class A trucks safely and professionally * Transport materials and equipment to local job sites * Load, secure, and offload equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, attachments, etc.) * Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain DOT compliance * Assist construction and landscape crews as needed * Participate in snow plowing operations during winter months * Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of trucks and equipment Qualifications Required Valid CDL Class A license Clean driving record Experience hauling, loading, and securing equipment Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused Willingness to work year-round in varying weather Preferred (Not Required): * Equipment operation experience * General construction or landscape experience * Snow plowing experience * Mechanical aptitude Hiring Timeline We are looking to hire within the next two weeks.
