Associate Attorney - Construction Litigation

Joining our firm will provide candidates with real-world litigation experience.Location: Austin, TXExperience and SkillsThis is a junior/ mid-level role. Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 1 year of litigation experience with a primary focus on construction litigation.Candidates must be capable of developing and executing sophisticated litigation strategies and handling all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery management, expert development, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.What You’ll Need:Licensed to practise in Texas. An additional license is a big plus.Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $200,000 annually.
