A well-established Texas litigation boutique is seeking a talented Litigation Associate (1–5 years) to join its growing Forth Worth office. This is a highly regarded Texas litigation and construction law firm with a strong statewide presence and a reputation for delivering sophisticated, results-driven legal counsel to contractors, developers, owners, lenders, and businesses across a wide range of industries.ResponsibilitiesHandle all phases of litigation from pre-suit through trial, including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, and hearingsConduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and correspondenceManage case timelines and communicate directly with clientsWork collaboratively with senior attorneys on complex, multi-party disputesQualifications1–5 years of litigation experience at a law firmTexas Bar admission requiredStrong research, writing, and oral advocacy skillsConstruction, commercial, or real estate litigation experience a plus but not requiredSelf-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing prioritiesCompensationThe annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $225,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
