DescriptionJob Summary:The Intake Specialist often provides the first impression of the firm to potential clients and plays a vital role in providing our clients with excellent service by completing phone interviews and gathering information pertinent to their potential cases.Leadership Responsibilities:Demonstrates personal accountabilityContributes towards the success of othersUpholds the Firm's Core Values: We Care, Humble Excellence, Collaborative Attitude, Challenge AcceptanceNo direct supervision responsibilitiesEssential Duties/Responsibilities:Accepts a broad range of customer service call types and assesses the information to make informed decisions for conversionListen and identify other products to be offeredTransfers calls as neededEnters information into the case management softwareSchedules office appointments for clients and notifies departments/locationsSchedules appointments for the Field Reps to meet with current or potential clientsMakes recommendations for other case types that may benefit the current or potential clientRequired Skills/Abilities:Answers telephone in a polite and professional mannerEffectively listens to identify other case types that may benefit the current or potential clientDisplay true passion for client and community serviceAbility to accurately type a minimum of 30 words per minuteAbility to professionally multitask and meet multiple deadlines simultaneouslyOutgoing with a high level of customer service skillsDesires accuracy and possess the ability to take pride in workReliable and dependable in performing job-related tasks, finishing assigned projects, meeting deadlines and appointments.Strong attention to detail and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software programsEducation and Experience:High school graduate or equivalentPrior call center environment experience a plusPhysical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements:Valid Driver's License, favorable driving recordProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at timesThe above statements describe the general nature and level of work performed by team members assigned to this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
