We’re expanding our estimating team and are seeking an Estimator who wants hands on experience with real bids, real numbers, and real responsibility.If you’re organized, curious, and want to learn how winning public works bids are built from the ground up we want to meet you.This role offers:Direct mentorship from senior estimatorsExposure to bid strategy, pricing, and forecastingLong-term career growth within a respected contractorExperience in construction or estimating support preferred, but strong fundamentals and attitude matter most.Salary Range: $95,000-$125,000 DOEFinal compensation based on experience, education, and demonstrated estimating capability.
