Sr Technical Project/Program Manager

Title: Senior Technical Project/Program Manager Industry: Insurance Location: Remote (28 pre-approved states) We are seeking a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager to lead complex business and technology initiatives within a fast-paced insurance environment. This role will drive project execution, stakeholder engagement, resource management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver successful program outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate high-complexity projects and programs, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Ensure deliverables from business and technology teams are completed, approved, and delivered on schedule. Manage resources across multiple delivery partners while maintaining scope, budget, and timelines. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide clear communication across all levels of the organization. Mentor team members and help foster a collaborative, high-performing environment within a matrixed organization. Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful completion. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred where applicable. 5+ years of project/program management or related experience. 7+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional project delivery experience. Insurance, health plan, payer, claims, enrollment, benefits administration, or related industry experience preferred.
