Technical Project Coordinator

Title: Technical Project Coordinator Location: Remote (28 pre-approved states) Industry: Insurance Rate: $30/hour We are seeking a Technical Project/Program Manager to coordinate and drive technology-focused projects and initiatives within our insurance organization. This role will oversee project delivery, stakeholder engagement, budget management, and resource coordination to ensure successful business and technical outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the technical coordination lead for low to moderate complexity projects and programs. Ensure project deliverables are completed, reviewed, and approved according to established schedules. Partner with business and technical teams to support process development and business readiness. Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets throughout the project lifecycle. Identify, engage, and communicate with stakeholders while proactively managing risks and dependencies. Coordinate resources across multiple delivery partners, ensuring work is completed within approved scope and budget. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred where applicable). 0-2 years of project, program, or related experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered; 3+ years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working within technology or business transformation projects is a plus.
