MIG/TIG welder responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform MIG and TIG welding on industrial components Set up and operate welding equipment in accordance with procedures Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work instructions Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work area Follow all safety standards and operational procedures Accurately track and log job assignments Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed MIG/TIG welder requirements: 2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment Experience with MIG and TIG welding required Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English Welding certification from an accredited program preferred Experience with ASME welding standards preferred Exposure to robotic or automated welding systems preferred Will be trained and certified to ASME standards if not already certified.
