Multi-site nursing home experience required.Job FunctionsWorkers Compensation & Unemployment ManagementTrain and mentor payroll benefits coordinators in assigned facilitiesAssists with policy and procedure creation, modification and reviewFMLA administrationParticipates in QCRs and Regional QAPI Audit HR files to ensure complianceHandbook ManagementAttend employee meetings/ trainings, open enrollments as neededProvide guidance and support for all the facilities in all realms of Human ResourcesReview facility disciplinary and make suggestionsAssists with recruitment / retention in assigned facilities Performs other duties as assignedKnowledge/Skills/AbilitiesKnowledge of human resource practices and techniques.Ability to communicate effectively with management and employees.Skilled in the use of computers and the Microsoft Office suite of applications.Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented.Ability to maintain confidentiality of all employee informationAbility to travel, including overnight stays
