Disputes Specialist

The Disputes Specialist processes and attempts funds recovery for all disputed transactions received by the bank. This job is responsible for the investigation and resolution of disputes for Visa debit card, ACH, Checks, Bill Pay, Zelle and international wires. In support other bank professionals, this job ensures all client disputes are handled timely and in compliance with Regulation E and any other applicable regulations. This role works independently on these cases while collaborating with management to ensure proper and timely handling.Key Responsibilities And DutiesInvestigates and gathers all relevant information to the claims brought forth.Proactively manages cases and ensures timely follow-up of matters.Uses dispute resolution to handle customer concerns and find solutions to issues.Provides solutions to client, branch, and banking inquiries, and escalates issues when necessary.Handles complex dispute reviews.Manages the team inbox and proper distribution of items received.Minimum Qualifications2+ years of prior banking and/or banking operations experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience supporting Reg E-related processesKnowledge of NACHA rules and guidelinesStrong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detailRole Specific Work ExperienceNo Experience Required; 2+ Years PreferredEducational RequirementsHigh School PreferredPhysical RequirementsPhysical Requirements: Sedentary WorkCareer Level3ICPosting End Date: 4/12/26$25 - $27 ,EverBank, N.A. is a nationwide specialty bank providing high-value products and services to consumer and commercial clients nationwide.
