The Rep contacts members to verify transactions.Education And/or ExperienceHigh school education or GED required, associate’s degree preferredMinimum one year banking experience requiredStrong oral/written communication skillsProblem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and WordSystem knowledge and experience in DNA preferredJob ResponsibilitiesMonitors payment generated alert notification and discrepancies dailyCategorizes bill pay alerts to identify trends, anomalies and other critical bill pay dataApprove, decline or escalate issues to managementAnswers bill pay system process questions from internal/external users, including contacting members when necessaryResponds quickly, completely, accurately and courteously to telephone calls and emails received from members and employeesProvides interdepartmental support/collaborationEstablishes accounts (e.g., checking, savings, holiday and vacation clubs, etc.) in the operating systemEnhance and deepen member relationships by providing expert financial solutions that allow members to achieve their financial goalsPerform other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisorBenefits Of Joining The Teachers TeamWe provide a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes, but is not limited to:This position is eligible for our annual discretionary bonus program. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.All candidates will be subject to a background check, credit check, and drug test to determine employment eligibility.
