Marketing Intern

Join our team as a Marketing Intern at our Corporate Office in Oregon!This summer internship is a great opportunity to bring your creativity to life while gaining hands-on experience with a collaborative corporate marketing team. You'll play a key role in supporting digital content and marketing materials that make an impact across our communities.What You'll Do Create and manage engaging content across social media platformsAssist with developing creative marketing campaigns and digital storytellingDesign and enhance presentations and marketing materials (PowerPoint, decks, visuals)Support event planning, coordination, and promotionDraft and assist with press releases and marketing communicationsOrganize and maintain marketing files and creative assetsParticipate in property tours and capture content when applicableAttend internal and external meetings as requestedCollaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely project deliveryWhat You'll Bring Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing trendsExperience or interest in creating visually engaging presentations (PowerPoint or similar tools)Creative mindset with an eye for design and brandingStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Ability to handle confidential information with discretionCompensation & Benefits Competitive pay starting at $20/hourFull-time, temporary summer position (first week of June through end of August)Monday-Friday schedule with standard business hoursHands-on experience creating social media content and marketing materialsOpportunity to build a creative portfolio with real-world projectsReady to bring your creativity and social media skills to a team that values fresh ideas?
