Azure Cloud/Data IT Project Manager

Required Skills & Experience• Proven experience as a Technical or Data Project Manager in a complex, cross‑functional environment • Strong data fluency—experience working with data governance, analytics operations, or enterprise data platforms • Ability to navigate interdependencies between multiple teams (IT, Product, Analytics, Finance, Merchants) • Exceptional critical thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills • Experience driving initiatives from ambiguous problem → structured solution → execution • Strong organizational and delivery skills with a track record of meeting deadlines • Comfort working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment with competing priorities Open‑minded, adaptable, and proactive; not afraid to challenge inefficiencies constructively • Experience supporting an analytics or data operations organization • Familiarity with data governance tools and platformsNice to Have Skills & ExperienceStakeholder & Delivery Management• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.• Support delivery planning, dependency management, and reporting.• Contribute to RAID logs and governance forums. Required Skills & Experience• Hands-on Scrum Master experience.• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst on data engineering projects.• Experience writing technical user stories and acceptance criteria. Desirable / Nice to Have• Certified Scrum Master.• Understanding of ETL/ELT, data platforms, and cloud technologies.• Experience in regulated environments.• Familiarity with data governance tools.• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent)• Experience working in financial services or regulated environments• Knowledge of data governance or metadata tools (e.g. Collibra, Purview)• Experience supporting large-scale migrations or platform modernization initiatives• Cloud data platforms Azure• Data tools such as Databricks, ADF, Synapse, Snowflake, Kafka (or equivalents)• SQL and data modelling concepts• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices for data pipelinesThis role can pay between 65-70/hr on W2.
