This role will lead two Agile squads and help drive delivery across a fast-paced technology environment.This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with technical teams, bringing structure to complex programs, and influencing outcomes across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.What You’ll Be Doing:Agile & Project LeadershipLead and support two Agile squads (10–12 team members total) focused on technology deliveryOwn Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and backlog managementDrive momentum across teams and ensure delivery stays on trackFacilitate stakeholder meetings, steering discussions, and follow-up on action itemsOwn Jira reporting, sprint tracking, backlog organization, dashboards, and Agile workflowsProgram & Delivery ManagementManage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, staffing, and budgetsCoordinate across multiple technical teams to remove blockers and maintain program healthBuild and maintain project plans, milestones, and executive-level reportingServe as a key point of contact between engineering, product, and business stakeholdersHelp drive accountability and strong execution across workstreamsTechnical & Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with engineering, QA, product, and leadership teamsFacilitate conversations around technical requirements and delivery planningSupport cloud, infrastructure, and security-related initiativesHelp improve Agile processes and team collaborationWhat Makes Someone Successful in This RoleProactive and able to ramp up quicklyStrong communicator who builds trust across teamsComfortable influencing without direct authorityOrganized, collaborative, and solutions-orientedThrives in a fast-moving environment with evolving prioritiesPlease note: This role requires being onsite in Alpharetta, GA three days per week.
