The Yard Mule Operator will be responsible for safely maneuvering trailers on the Tank wash yard and parking them efficiently. Pull clean and dirty trailers in and out of the wash bays. Maintaining organized trailer placement in the yard. Perform other related duties requested by the supervisor on shift. Must be willing to stay over or come in early to cover other drivers on shift if absent. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent communication skills Valid Driver License required Ability to prioritize task and delegate them when appropriate Ability to function well in a high paced and at times stressful environment Must have 6 to 12 months experience in operating a Yard Mule. Upon hiring you will need to take a safety training driving course followed by a Yard Spotter evaluation. Must have 3 yrs or more experience pulling and backing up large utility trailers, open flatbeds, ranging in lengths 15ft, 20ft, 50ft. Education and Experience: Minimum 6 to 12 months experience in operating a Yard Mule. High School Diploma or equivalent. Quality Carriers is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
