Overview The Institutional Account Coordinator II serves as the primary point of contact for school and government (S&G) institutions, dealer network and S&G sales force inquiries related to order processing, product configuration, warranty, product registration, and logistics. Provide quoting, contract, bid and order administration, project management and coordination of large and/or special project orders. Incumbents work in tandem with sales to build and maintain strong relationships and are skilled at understanding, anticipating, and responding to the evolving business needs across these markets. Duties and Responsibilities: Performs other duties as indicated in the Institutional Account Coordinator I job description. Maintains robust knowledge of company products, processes, and policies. Coordinates the preparation and completion of tender documents. Prepare and present documentation to A-dec Management for risk evaluation and analysis on specific projects and contractual obligations. Provides training and mentoring to less experienced team members to improve the capabilities of the department and to enhance the overall customer experience. Champions and advocates for continuous improvement by consistently applying tools/concepts to build upon past results. Facilitates customer visits and conducts factory tours for guests including dentists, dental faculty, and administrators. Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to perform tasks and fulfill the requirements of an Institutional Account Coordinator I. Requires 1-3 years of experience in a product, customer support, or key account supportive role. Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with the ability to understand and successfully convey technical information. Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues, and must be able to take independent initiative to improve knowledge and skills. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, with both customers and teammates. Strong organizational skills with the ability to appropriately prioritize work and effectively use systems to capture and retrieve information. Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, using all available resources to accomplish work and benefit the customer. Must also have strong PC knowledge and skills.
