Additionally, you will manage the annual customer joint business plan, daily execution of all company standards, pricing management, customer relations, managing customer commercialization calendars, forecasting (based on channel criteria), actively managing Picture of Success (PicOS) and stewardship of our annual Retail Strategy.Responsibilities:Train, coach, and develop Field Sales teams, utilizing customer insights and KPI tools to accelerate growthDevelop relationships with customers as well as internal and external associatesConduct business reviews with customers to discuss performance and secure incremental activitySell-in incremental SKUs as well as innovation, packages, equipment, and displaysCollaborate with NAOU Team and the customer to develop winning brand, package, marketing, merchandising and execution plans that deliver Company Pillars and overall Performance Profit.
